This policy explains who owns what on Hire4Anything, what you can do with content you post, and how to report a copyright concern.
All content on Hire4Anything that we create — including our name, logo, design, layout, graphics, and the text of our help articles and policies — is owned by Hire4Anything Inc. (or its proprietor) and protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
When you post a task, write a profile bio, submit a review, or send a message on the Platform, you retain ownership of that content. By posting it, you grant Hire4Anything a limited, non-exclusive licence to display, store, and distribute it as needed to operate the Platform (for example, showing your task to other users, or your review on a tasker's profile).
Do not post content on Hire4Anything that infringes someone else's copyright or other intellectual property rights — for example, photos, text, or designs you don't have permission to use. We may remove content reported as infringing.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, email support@hire4anything.com with: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL or location of the infringing content, (3) your contact information, and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and respond, including removing content where appropriate, consistent with Canada's notice-and-notice regime under the Copyright Act.
"Hire4Anything" and our logo are trademarks (registered or common-law) of Hire4Anything Inc. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except as necessary to accurately describe that you use our service (for example, in a factual review).
Some features rely on third-party services (such as Stripe for payments and identity verification, and Anthropic for AI features). Their respective owners retain rights to their own software and trademarks; our use of them does not transfer any rights to you.
