Hire4Anything runs on free, earnable credits for posting and unlocking — including community rides. Task and ride payments between users are never handled by us.
Posting a task or community ride and unlocking a contact each cost 1 credit from your in-app balance — never real money. Credits are earned for free and cannot currently be purchased with cash. Because no money changes hands for these actions, there is nothing to refund in cash.
Payment for paid tasks, and any optional gas or toll contributions for community rides, are arranged and exchanged directly between users — not through Hire4Anything. We are never a party to those payments and cannot process a refund for them. Any dispute is between you and the other user.
If no one applies before your deadline, your listing is automatically marked expired and the 1 credit you spent posting is refunded to your balance — usually within about 15 minutes.
Unlocking uses 1 credit once you are approved. Credits are not cash and are generally non-refundable after unlock, because contact reveal and chat access have been provided. Contact support if you believe unlock occurred due to a platform error.
Government ID verification is optional and, as of this policy, is provided at no charge. If we ever introduce a charge for this feature, this policy will be updated.
If you believe you were charged real money in error for anything on the Platform, email support@hire4anything.com within 30 days with your account email and details, and we will investigate. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under Ontario or Canadian consumer-protection law.
